Your price is an estimate based on measurement and your photos. In most cases it's the final price. If your gardener finds the job is significantly different on arrival, any change is confirmed with you before work starts.

How does booking work?
Send your details and we text your estimate, usually within about 10 minutes. Happy with it? Pay a 15% deposit to lock in your spot — it comes off your total — and your local gardener is in touch to agree a day.
How is my price worked out?
We measure your lawn from satellite imagery and price it from a fixed rate table — the same table for everyone, based on size, how overgrown it is, and any extras you have asked for. A real person checks every estimate before it goes out.
What if the price isn't right for my property?
If the job differs on the ground — much more overgrown, or awkward access — your gardener confirms any change with you before starting, so nothing is done at a price you have not agreed to.
How do I pay?
The 15% deposit is paid to Fettle when you accept your estimate, and comes off your total. The balance goes directly to your gardener on the day, once the job is done — card, cash or bank transfer, whatever you both find easiest. If we can't match you with a local gardener, the deposit is refunded.
When will the job be done?
Your gardener usually makes contact within a few hours of booking to lock in a time that suits — often within days.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us straight away. We will review what happened and work with you and your gardener to make it right.
